About Event Elves
Event Elves specializes in a variety of events, including but not limited to, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and all aspects of wedding related festivities.
Event Elves evolved as the result of a noticeable change in the needs for staffing and the availability of professional assistance for special events. It can be difficult to find capable event and party planner professionals; especially when needed unexpectedly and immediately. Event Elves specializes in fulfilling that need with flexibility based on tested methods and direct experience.
In addition, in recent years, both client and vendor budgets have changed depending on the type of service needed. Working with larger event and party planners is not always a realistic or cost effective option. That is where our company can step in and create a seamless event tailored to the client’s individual vision with a variety of options and budgets.
The Event Elves concept allows for individuals and/or vendors to choose from minimal assistance to putting their trust in our ability to handle every detail of the event. Extensive experience allows us to offer customizable packages that meet the needs of any event no matter the size or complexity.
Plan On It Event Consulting LLC (dba Event Elves) is owned and operated by Vanessa Kitley. Vanessa has over 15 years in the catering, event, hospitality and sales industry, having worked in both Northern and Southern California.
Vanessa has worked for and with a variety of vendors, venues and clients (corporate and social). Vanessa’s practical experience in the planning and execution of a wide variety of hospitality events allows her to guide her clients in achieving the event or party they envision.
Vanessa Kitley’s staff includes experienced professionals who are detail-oriented and organized. Vanessa is the point-of-contact for all events, ensuring that every pre-arranged contract detail is carried out efficiently and professionally from start to finish.
Who doesn’t need a little magic to get it all done? Event Elves handles the behind the scenes details so you and your guests can enjoy the event. Our event/party services are a time saving resource, ideal for social, wedding, and corporate events of all types.
In addition, we can partner with venues when an additional, trust-worthy “on demand” partner is needed. Our services can be utilized as your in house Sales and Event Manager, meeting the hospitality staffing needs for your clients. We offer discounts for industry partners who want to build our services into their client contracts.
Additionally, Independent Event Planners in need of “hands on” help can rely on Event Elves for assistance by utilizing one (or more) of our specially designed packages.
